Can I return a product?

Yes. European legislation establishes that for a product purchased outside of a shop (online, by telephone or by mail) you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without any justification.

Attention: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

Is there anything to pay to request a return?

We will only refund the price paid for the purchase. Delivery and return shipping costs are not included.

What is the time period for making a return?

The deadline for returning a product is 14 days from receipt.

It is not possible to cancel an order while it is being shipped. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not delivered in the same conditions in which they were received.

How can I make a return or refund?

1. Log in to My Account

2. click on My Orders

3. click Details next to the order containing the product to be returned

4. tick the product for which to request a return or refund

5. fill in the Returns field by entering the reason

6. click on Request Return

7. wait for email from the seller Parcel Received

8. the status of the product will subsequently be checked by the returns department which will update the status of the refund procedure.

9. only upon receipt of the Completed Result email will the return of your order have been correctly processed.

Can I decide to keep the item after requesting a return online?

Yes, write to indicating the order number.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in the same condition you received it, with all internal labels and tags attached, and not stained, damaged or used.

Exception for fabric cuts where returns are not accepted.

When will I receive the refund amount?

You will receive the amount with the same payment method used at the time of purchase within approximately 10-14 days depending on the banking institution.

We accept the most popular payment methods to guarantee you a secure payment.

The payment methods we accept are: PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Poste Pay, Mastercard, American Express.

We do not accept checks and telephone orders cannot be placed. Upon completion of the order you will receive a notification via e-mail.

If at the time of shipment any item is found to be unavailable, the amount charged will correspond to the items actually shipped.

To cancel an order, contact Customer Service at the email address, reporting the order number received via email in the subject line, to receive the necessary support.

Shipping times and costs?

Shipping is free in Italy but for the EU territory €16.00 and EXTRA EU €32.00.

We are committed to always guaranteeing the fastest shipping methods and for this reason we have chosen SDA or Poste Italiane as partners.

Delivery will take place within 2/4 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm.

For islands, delivery may take an additional day.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
